We provide support and advocacy for families and individuals as required for people of all ages. Our Social Workers develop a working relationship with children, young people and their families. We work with children and families include mental health problems, alcohol and drug misuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, family dysfunction and relationship breakdown, exposure of child to domestic violence, Oranga Tamariki intervention cases, overcrowding in accommodation issues. Another important role of our social workers is working with other professionals and agencies, with teachers, nurses, doctors, police officers and court officers to resolve client issues.
